Privacy
Sevenfold is made by Cooli. This page says plainly what we keep and why.
Your recording
When you upload a sermon, the recording streams through our server to Deepgram, our transcription service, and is not stored by us. Deepgram processes it to return the transcript. The recording stays on the device you uploaded it from (in your browser's storage), which is where clips are made. Clear your browser data and it is gone from there too.
What we keep
- Your email address, to sign you in and to tell you when a pack is ready.
- Your church details from Settings (name, tradition, notes, languages).
- Each sermon's transcript and the pack written from it, so you can come back to them. Removing a sermon deletes both; we keep only a record that a sermon was made, which counts toward your plan.
- If you subscribe, Stripe handles the payment. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never card details.
Who else sees it
Deepgram (transcription) and Anthropic (writing the pack with Claude) process your sermon to make your pack. Neither may use it to train their models under our agreements with them. Resend sends our emails. Stripe takes payments. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Visit counting
Our public pages use our own simple counter: no cookies, no IP addresses stored, and nothing that follows you to other sites. The app itself has no counter at all.
If you came from an email we sent your church, its links carry a short code for your church, so we know the email was useful. Our counter notes the code with the visit, and if you sign up, we keep it with your account. We don't track whether emails are opened.
Questions or deletion
Write to hello@itsbible.com and we'll answer, or delete your account and everything in it.
